Who we are
This policy covers qarchai.com, operated by QArchAI Technologies Pvt Ltd (“QArchAI,” “we,” “us”). It explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, write to us at engage@qarchai.com.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your full name, email address, contact number, and a short description of what you are building or trying to solve. When you submit the form, your browser assembles this into an email and hands it to your device’s own default mail app, pre-filled and addressed to engage@qarchai.com.
That message is not sent to or stored on any QArchAI server at the point of submission — the site has no backend and no database. It only reaches us once you choose to send it from your own mail app, at which point it arrives like any other email, from your own address, and we handle it as ordinary business correspondence.
If you email us directly at engage@qarchai.com instead of using the form, the same applies: we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, qarchai.com generates standard request logs as part of being served — your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time of the request. These are collected by our hosting provider for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing operational issues. We do not run our own analytics, and we do not access these logs to build a profile of individual visitors.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies, does not use analytics scripts, and does not include any advertising or cross-site tracking technology. Nothing on this site tracks you across other websites.
How we use information
The only information QArchAI itself receives is whatever you send us by email — whether through the contact form’s mail handoff or directly. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about an architecture review or engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data retention
Because the contact form never transmits data to a QArchAI server, we hold no copy of a submission unless you actually send the resulting email. Messages we do receive are kept as ordinary business correspondence, for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain our own records, and are deleted or archived at our discretion.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under applicable law — for example India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU/UK GDPR, or U.S. state privacy laws — to ask what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Because we hold very little data (generally just what you emailed us), these requests are usually simple to fulfil. Write to engage@qarchai.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for enterprise and business audiences. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here directly — we do not maintain a separate changelog.
